We’re coming back to Hintonburg!
Our previous project was an unprecedented success, selling out in only a single day. Because of this overwhelming success, and the non-stop requests we’ve been getting to build again in this neighbourhood, we’ve acquired the two lots next door, 16 and 20 Hamilton. We’re going to build our biggest, most beautiful and most exciting condo project at this dream Hintonburg location.

We love this neighbourhood. The cafés, the restaurants, the shops, the park across the street, the fresh fruits and vegetables of the Parkdale Market, it all contributes to making this area so special. We simply couldn’t miss out on being a part of this project.
So we’ve decided to design a beautiful ground floor commercial space that can accommodate our business and perhaps a couple of our local friends.
