City approvals underway for our new condo project EDGE Lebreton Flats
Surface Developments is in the process of finalizing its application for minor re-zoning and site plan control for its upcoming new condo project ‘EDGE’ in Lebreton Flats.

After extensive pre-consultation with the Community Association, the ward Counsellor, and City of Ottawa planning staff, significant design changes have been made to reflect the community’s needs and Ottawa urban design priorities. This has been a tremendously successful collaboration and has resulted in an enhanced design that is going to be even more appealing for condo buyers and neighbourhood residents alike.
