We are very pleased to announce that Surface Developments in conjunction with our kitchen supplier Muskoka Cabinet Company have once again taken 1st place at the National Kitchen and Bath Association in the Contempory/Modern category for our cutting edge home at 317 Riverdale. As a testament to our focus on high-end quality design we have now won this award 3 years running with previous wins for 34 Brighton and 211 Melrose. We are extremely grateful for the collaboration of kitchen designer Lorin Russell without whom this recognition of our efforts would not have been possible.

Our Team is working overtime to finalize the design of EDGE.

We are pleased to report that after what was a gruelling winter we have now almost completed the framing of the Hampton Park Lofts. In less than 2 weeks the building will be fully framed and roof tight. Even at such an early stage the condo units are looking spectacular and are benefiting from super-efficient layouts and lots of natural light. We’re super excited for our purchasers and look forward to having them move in at the end of this summer.
