Taking the elevator to the top floor, residents will experience an outdoor amenity space like no other. An intimate yet expansive rooftop oasis will offer residents of Wellington West Lofts an unparalleled view of Hintonburg, Westboro and Parkdale Park.
When imagining Wellington West Lofts not only did we ask, “how do people want to live in and experience a city today?” but also, “how can we truly make the best use of this incredible location?” Our most welcomed response: create a rooftop terrace where residents can relax and mingle in luxury all the while enjoying some of the most scenic views this city has to offer.
We plan to have delightfully designed “zones” to ensure each resident is enjoying the experience they desire. Dine in privacy or socialize with a group of friends. Relax and lounge with your favourite book or share a magnificent view with someone special. Want your own private rooftop terrace for a night? Residents will be able to reserve an exclusive section of the rooftop for special occasions. Once the sun sets and the sky changes from orange to black everyone will have a front row seat as the twinkle of the city comes to life.
