Metro Ottawa Picks Up Canal Lofts Sales Streak

Our condo projects have a habit of generating some press for their incredible value and quick sales and Canal Lofts is no exception. Ottawa Metro just profiled the project in today’s edition of the paper noting our incredible opening day which saw 82% of the building being sold. Edge LeBreton Flats Construction Update

Construction on our LeBreton Flats condo continues to move along. Footings were recently poured and stripped. Now that there is a solid base for the foundations our crews are beginning to form the basement walls which should be poured and stripped by the end of the week. Soon after that framing will commence and we’ll finally be able to see the building take shape.

Edge LeBreton Flats Construction Update

We have some incredible images to share with you of the progress on the construction of our EDGE condos. Excavation is now complete and we have begun to prepare the site for foundation work. Our crews have begun running sanitary and sewer runs along with all underground services and footing are also beginning to be formed. The picture of one of the forming labourers standing in front of the cliff gives a stunning example of the scale and majesty of the LeBreton escarpment. We couldn’t be more excited nor feel more privileged to be building in such a beautiful natural location.
