NCC Chooses LeBreton Redevelopment Partner

It looks like the Ottawa Senators could soon be building a new arena in LeBreton Flats after their bid was named as the top choice by the NCC. Their decision ends months of speculation as to who would be responsible for the massive undertaking that is sure to change the face of Ottawa. The Sens-backed RendezVous LeBreton Group managed to sway the five-member selection committee with a proposal that includes five distinct neighbourhoods centred around a major events centre.

Surface wins approval for new custom home

We are happy to announce that we have just won approval from the Committee of Adjustments for a custom home design to be built in Old Ottawa East.

Ottawa Citizen writes about our recent design award

The Ottawa Citizen mentioned our prize-winning kitchen design at 317 Riverdale while commenting on this past weekend’s National Kitchen and Bath Association Awards. It turns out the judges were swayed by some of our innovative design features such as our ‘floating’ cabinets surrounding by a string of LED lights as well as a cascading chandelier that drops from the storey above to hover over the kitchen.
